To provide a fixing tool with which an establishment method for panels different each other may be carried out.SOLUTION: A fixing tool 200 for establishment of at least one panel 20 on an installation surface 10 comprises a supporting member 110 capable of supporting the at least one panel 20, a base part 210 supporting the supporting member 110, a rail 212 which is formed on the base part 210 and holds the supporting member 110 in a slidable manner, a first insertion hole 230 into which a first fastening member 140 for fastening the fixing tool 200 onto the installation surface 10 is inserted, and a second fastening member 130 for fastening the supporting member 110 onto the base part 210. The second fastening member 130 and the first insertion hole 230 is so configured that they may access from a direction crossing with the installation surface 10 in a state where the supporting member 110 supports one panel 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
