To suppress acoustic resonance in a space at the back of a sound absorptive panel to improve sound insulation performance.SOLUTION: A partition part 20 includes a first partition part 30 and a second partition part 40. The first partition part 30 extends in an opposite direction Z and a first direction X. The second partition part 40 extends in the opposite direction Z and a second direction Y. Two small spaces S40 adjacent to each other with the first partition part 30 interposed therebetween are assumed as a one-side small space S41 and an other-side small space S42. The other-side small space S42 is positioned at a position shifted from the one-side small space S41 in the first direction X. The first partition part 30 includes communication holes 31 that communicate the one-side small space S41 and the other-side small space S42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
