To provide a screen fixing structure capable of fixing a screen to a rod-like stile member such as a bottom bar in a manner that prevents the screen from coming off without enlarging a screen device, and to provide the screen device.SOLUTION: In a fixing structure of a screen 2 in which a lower edge portion (edge portion) 21 of the screen 2 is fixed lengthwise to a rod-like bottom bar (stile member) 4, the edge portion of the screen 2 has a first fixing edge portion 22 fixed to a lengthwise directional intermediate portion of the bottom bar 4 and second fixing edge portions 23 fixed to lengthwise directional end portions of the bottom bar 4, and the first fixing edge portion 22 and each of the second fixing edge portions 23 are configured to be adjacent to each other via a cut portion 24 formed on the screen 2 and to be fixedly mountable to the bottom bar 4 in mutually different directions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
