SEISMIC INSTALLATION METHOD OF TEMPORARY SCAFFOLDING FOR BASE-ISOLATED BUILDING
To prevent temporary scaffolding standing upright along the outer wall of a building having an isolation structure from collapsing or the like due to an earthquake to ensure worker safety at the temporary scaffolding.SOLUTION: A seismic installation method of temporary scaffolding for base-isolated building includes: a first step in which a required number of building side metal fittings 5 are tightened at predetermined intervals in the vertical direction and in the horizontal direction at least one place by two layers and two spans on an upper convex portion 121 provided on a frame 12 of an outer wall 11 of a building 1 and one end of the mooring rope 4 is attached to each building side metal fitting; and a second step in which a scaffolding side metal fitting 6 is clamped and fixed to a position lower than each building-side mounting metal fitting in a building side strut 21 of the temporary scaffold 2 by a required height and the other end portion of the mooring rope is attached to each scaffold-side mounting metal fitting. In the first step, after hooking a loop portion 41 of one end portion of the mooring rope to a hooking portion 52 in a state in which a movable side holding member 514 of the building side mounting metal member is separated from the front side surface of the upward convex portion, by screwing a tightening bolt 513 in the tightening direction and pressing the front side face of the upward convex portion with the movable side holding member, the hooking portion is made a closed space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】免震構造を有する建物の外壁に沿って立設された仮設足場が、地震によって崩落等するのを防止して、仮設足場での作業者の安全を確保する。【解決手段】免震建物用仮設足場の耐震施工方法は、建物1の外壁11の躯体12に設けられた上方凸状部121に、所要数の建物側取付金具5を、2層2スパンで少なくとも1箇所ずつ垂直方向及び水平方向に所定間隔おきに締付固定するとともに、各建物側取付金具に係留ロープ4の一端部を取り付ける第1の工程と、仮設足場2の建物側支柱21における各建物側取付金具よりも所要高さだけ下方の箇所に足場側取付金具6を締付固定するとともに、各足場側取付金具に係留ロープの他端部を取り付ける第2の工程とを含む。第1の工程において、建物側取付金具の可動側押え部材514を上方凸状部の前側面から離間させた状態で、掛止部52に係留ロープの一端部のループ部41を掛け止めた後、締付ボルト513を締付方向にねじ込んで可動側押え部材で上方凸状部の前側面を押さえることにより、掛止部を閉じた空間とする。【選択図】図2
