To provide a slewing type hydraulic working machine which can appropriately distribute hydraulic oil to a slewing motor and a hydraulic actuator other than the motor.SOLUTION: A slewing type hydraulic working machine includes: a hydraulic pump 32; a slewing motor 36; a slewing control valve 42 interposed between the hydraulic pump 32 and the slewing motor 36; a specific actuator 26 other than the slewing motor 36, which receives a supply of the hydraulic oil from the hydraulic pump 32; an actuator flow rate restriction valve 40 interposed between the hydraulic pump 32 and the specific actuator 26; slewing operation members 55A and 55B to which a slewing operation is given; a slewing rate detection section 64; and actuator flow rate restriction parts 68 and 70 which actuate the actuator flow rate restriction valve 40 so as to restrict the actuator flow rate with a larger restriction degree as the slewing rate is smaller in slewing operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
