EMBEDDING PEDESTAL FOR MOUNTING POLE
To solve a problem that has occurred, among methods for erecting a pole 20 used for various application, in a recently proposed method, which is easily implemented with less usage of concrete, for embedding the specific simple structure pedestal (Fig.10) instead of a concrete pedestal (Fig.9) with embedded anchors; and that as the simple structure pedestal is a planar structure where only a reinforcement plate 32 and an outer frame 31 are provided to an embedding pipe 30, the simple structure pedestal has low rigidity and strength in the upper part thereof, and may be easily deformed by a load applied to the pole (Fig.12).SOLUTION: Four vertical reinforcement plates 32 radially spaced apart by 90 degrees are joined to the upper outer periphery of an embedding pipe 30, and a pedestal structure (Fig.1) is configured by joining respectively long nuts 33 and long bolts 34 to tips of the vertical reinforcement plate. With this arrangement, when a pole 20 and a bottom plate 21 of the pole are mounted to the upper part of a pedestal, the pedestal has a structure hardly to deformed by the load applied through the pole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】各種の用途に使われるポール20を立てる時の方法の一つとして、アンカーボルトを埋め込んだコンクリート台座(図9)があるが、最近これに替えて、簡単に施工できコンクリートの使用も少ない特定の簡易構造の台座(図10)を埋設する方法が考案されている。しかし、この簡易構造の台座は、埋設パイプ30に補強板32と外枠31のみを設けた平面的な構造であることから、上部の剛性や強度が低く、ポールに加わる荷重で変形しやすい(図12)という問題がある。【解決手段】埋設パイプ30の上部外周に、ほぼ90度間隔で放射状に延びる4枚の縦補強板32を接合し、その縦補強板の先端に長ナット33や長ボルト34を接合した台座構造(図1)とする。こうすることで、台座の上部にポール20とポールの底板21を取付けた時に、ポールから加わる荷重に対して、台座が変形しにくい構造とする。【選択図】図1
