ROTARY VALVE MECHANISM, VENT VALVE USING THE SAME, AND DRAIN PIPE SYSTEM
To provide a novel rotary valve mechanism capable of resolving negative pressure by opening/closing a flow passage in occurrence of the negative pressure, and also capable of maintaining a stable state of a valve body even in change of negative pressure, to suppress a chattering phenomenon; a vent valve using the rotary valve mechanism; and a drain pipe system.SOLUTION: A rotary valve body 121 is configured to open/close a flow passage. A peak of valve closing force of the rotary valve body 121 is set from a time of fully closing valve opening to a time of fully opening the valve opening, so that a chattering phenomenon of the rotary valve 121 and a valve seat 21 is suppressed. The peak of valve closing force of the rotary valve body 121 is set within a range of 5-50% valve opening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】負圧発生時に流路を開閉して負圧を解消する回転弁機構であり、負圧の変化に対しても弁体を安定状態に維持してチャタリング現象を抑制する新規の回転弁機構とこれを用いた通気弁並びに排水管システムを提供する。【解決手段】回転弁体121により流路を開閉する。回転弁体121の弁閉力のピークを、弁開度全閉から弁開度全開の間に設定することにより、回転弁体121と弁座21とのチャタリング現象を抑制した。回転弁体121の弁閉力のピークを、弁開度5%から50%の間に設定した。【選択図】図2
