METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BATHROOM FLOOR MEMBER
To provide a method for manufacturing a bathroom floor member that can suppress the number of variations such as a shape and a size of a floor bottom member processed with a metal plate, and that can correspond to various bathroom floors.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the bathroom floor member comprises: a first step of forming a first floor bottom portion of a predetermined size by subjecting a metal plate to press working; a second step of forming a second floor bottom portion 10 having a size corresponding to an arbitrary bathroom floor portion by performing a cutting working along an edge periphery of the first floor bottom portion; a third step of applying a folding working to an edge portion subjected to the cutting working of the second floor bottom portion 10 so as to form a prescribed shape; and a fourth step of fixing side members 12a and 12b formed so as to correspond to a tile member 11 used for the arbitrary bathroom floor portion to the edge portion subjected to the folding working.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
