To provide a dual-purpose small concert hall which can be inexpensive and not complicated with a simple power mechanism to be used for live house, dance hall, meal hall and the like, while making part of the floor of the room movable in order to put the level difference up and down as a spectator seat.SOLUTION: A first stage electric jack 24 is provided on a base frame 21 provided at the bottom of the pit 20, thereby supporting a middle frame 22 so as to move up and down. A second stage electric jack 25 is provided on the middle frame 22 and the top frame 23 is supported so as to be able to move up and down by the second stage electric jack 25. A finishing floor base 26 is attached to the top frame 23. A movable floor portion provided with a rising portion 27 of the base frame 21 and a vertical frame 28 for contact prevention engaged with a hanging portion 29 of the top frame 23 at the end of the middle frame 22 is provided on a part of the floor in the room.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ライブハウス・ダンスホール・食事会場等に使用するものとして、観客席として上下に段差をつけるために室内の床を一部可動とするのに、簡易な動力機構で、構造も複雑ではなく安価に形成できる兼用小規模コンサートホールを提供する。【解決手段】ピット２０の底に設けるベースフレーム２１に第１段目の電動ジャッキ２４を設け、これで中間フレーム２２を昇降自在に支承し、中間フレーム２２に第２段目の電動ジャッキ２５を設け、この第２段目のジャッキ２５でトップフレーム２３を昇降自在に支承し、トップフレーム２３に仕上げ用床台２６を取り付け、前記中間フレーム２２の端部にベースフレーム２１の立ち上がり部２７とトップフレーム２３の垂下部２９に係合する触れ止め用縦フレーム２８を設けてなる可動床部分を、室内の床の一部に設けた。【選択図】図１
