To provide a safety rope supporting device that enables moving along a handrail astride various sizes of struts and eliminates a risk of falling off out of the handrail even during straddling the struts.SOLUTION: A safety rope supporting device 1 is provided as follows: two sets of holding units are provided in a device body having a hook connection 24 for connecting a safety rope, the holding units that divide front side rollers 22, vertex side rollers 23 and rear side rollers 32 into a first semicircle for half-splitting the circumferential direction around a handrail, and engaging parts 33 into a second semicircle; 2-units of the front side rollers 22, vertex side rollers 23 and rear side rollers 32 are arranged in the device body at the point symmetry position serving as both ends of the first semicircle and 1-unit or more are arranged in the intermediate position of the first semicircle pinched at the point symmetry position so that the surrounding rollers may be brought into abutment or close contact with the handrail to rotate in the moving direction of the device body; and the engaging parts 33 is pivotally provided in the device body so that 4-engaging arms 331 may be extended outwardly in a radial direction at regular intervals in the turning direction, and the engaging arms 331 may be brought into slide contact or close contact with the handrail in the range of the second semicircle in a plan view cross shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】様々な大きさの支柱を跨いで手摺に沿って移動でき、かつ支柱を跨ぐ間も手摺から脱落する恐れのない命綱支持装置を提供する。【解決手段】手摺を囲む周方向を半割する第1半周に正面側ローラ22、頂点側ローラ23及び背面側ローラ32を、第2半周に掛合部33を振り分けた把持単位を、命綱を接続するフック接続部24を有する装置本体に2組設けてなり、正面側ローラ22、頂点側ローラ23及び背面側ローラ32は、ローラ周面を手摺に当接又は近接させて装置本体の移動方向に回転するように、第1半周の両端となる点対称位置に2基が、また前記点対称位置に挟まれた第1半周の中間位置に1基以上が装置本体に配置され、掛合部33は、旋回方向に等間隔で4本の掛合腕331を半径方向外向きに延ばす平面視十字状で、前記掛合腕331を第2半周の範囲で手摺に摺接又は近接させるように、装置本体に旋回自在に設けられた命綱支持装置1である。【選択図】図1
