INHIBITOR FOR PREVENTING CRACKING OF JOINT OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE, METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING CONCRETE STRUCTURE HAVING JOINT, AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING TUNNEL
To provide an anti-cracking agent at a joint of a concrete structure, a method of constructing a concrete structure having a joint, and a method of constructing a tunnel capable of preventing the occurrence of a crack along a joint, enhancing the workability of the work therefor and shortening the working time thereof.SOLUTION: The joint anti-cracking agent of the concrete structure comprises 40 to 77 wt.% of a fatty acid-containing compound, 2 to 5 wt.% of a stabilizer, 1 to 3 wt.% of a surfactant, and 15 to 52 wt.% of ion-exchanged water. After casting the precast concrete, the anti-cracking agent of the joint of the concrete structure is applied to the joining surface of the precast concrete, and post-casting concrete is placed in contact with the joining surface coated with the anti-cracking agent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】打継目地に沿ったひび割れの発生を防止すると共に、そのための作業の施工性を高め、その作業時間を短縮することができる、コンクリート構造物の打継目地のひび割れ防止剤、打継目地を有するコンクリート構造物の施工方法、およびトンネルの施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート構造物の打継目地のひび割れ防止剤は、40乃至77重量%の脂肪酸含有化合物と、2乃至5重量%の安定化剤と、1乃至3重量%の界面活性剤と、15乃至52重量%のイオン交換水とを含む。先打ちコンクリートを打設した後、その先打ちコンクリートの打継面に、コンクリート構造物の打継目地のひび割れ防止剤を塗布し、ひび割れ防止剤を塗布した打継面に接するよう後打ちコンクリートを打設する。【選択図】図1
