GRADIENT WASHER COROTATION PREVENTION TOOL, GRADIENT WASHER TO CHANNEL MATERIAL AND ATTACHING METHOD OF BOLT
To provide a gradient washer corotation prevention tool capable of retaining a gradient washer and a bolt without corotation easily with one-hand, and to provide an attaching method of a gradient washer and a bolt to a channel material using the corotation prevention tool.SOLUTION: A gradient washer 60, and a bolt 50 or a nut 70 which penetrates the washer are retained at the same time with a head 10 and it is prevented that the gradient washer 60 is rotated in following-up with fastening of the bolt 50. A pair of heads 10, 20 are provided, each head 10, 20 is provided with a rotation prevention part which is attached to the gradient washer 60 and a bolt head part 51 or nut 70, the heads 10, 20 are connected with a connection member 30 while corresponding the heads 10, 20 to each bolt head part 51 or the nut 70 which are opposite to each other, and an abutting part 40 which is elongated in such a direction as to intersect with an axis of the bolt 50 on the heads 10, 20 and is abutted on a fixed member is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 片手でより容易に勾配座金とボルトとを供回りさせずに保持することの可能な勾配座金供回り防止具及びこれを用いたチャンネル材への勾配座金及びボルトの取付方法を提供すること。【解決手段】勾配座金６０とこれを貫通するボルト５０又はナット７０とをヘッド１０で同時に保持し、勾配座金６０がボルト５０の締め付けに追従して回転することを防止する。ヘッド１０，２０を一対設け、各ヘッド１０，２０は勾配座金６０及びボルト頭部５１又はナット７０に嵌合する回転防止部を備え、対向し合う各ボルト頭部５１又はナット７０にヘッド１０，２０を対応させてヘッド１０，２０を連結部材３０で連結し、ヘッド１０，２０にボルト５０の軸に交差する方向に延び被固定部材に当接する当接部４０を設けてある。【選択図】 図１
