BOLT LOOSENESS INSPECTION DEVICE
To provide a bolt looseness inspection device which can favorably determine the presence or absence of the looseness of a bolt even if using measurement data which are obtained by the measurement of a measurement device mounted to a vehicle in which a variety of kinds of oscillations or sinks are generated.SOLUTION: This bolt looseness inspection device comprises: a calculation part for calculating a bolt relative height data row dif(i) in which data values indicating relative heights of a plurality of bolts with respect to rails are aligned in an alignment order of a plurality of fastening devices, calculating a filter passage data row dif_r(i) which is obtained by subtracting a protrusive value (gn2) from the bolt relative height data row by using a first Hampel filter, and acquiring an extracted data row ex(i) by calculating a difference between the bolt relative height data row dif(i) and the filter passage data row dif_r(i); and a first determination part for determining the presence or absence of the looseness of a plurality of the bolts on the basis of the extracted data row ex(i).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】様々な揺れ又は沈み込み等が生じる車両に搭載された計測装置の計測で得られた計測データを使用しても、ボルトの緩みの有無を良好に判定できるボルト緩み検査装置を提供する。【解決手段】このボルト緩み検査装置は、ボルト高さデータ列とレール高さデータ列とに基づきレールに対する複数のボルトの各々の相対的な高さを表わすデータ値が複数の締結装置の並び順で配列されたボルト相対高さデータ列dif(i)を計算し、第1ハンペルフィルタを用いてボルト相対高さデータ列から突出した値(gn2)を除去したフィルタ通過データ列dif_r(i)を計算し、かつ、ボルト相対高さデータ列dif(i)とフィルタ通過データ列dif_r(i)との差を計算して抽出データ列ex(i)を求める計算部と、抽出データ列ex(i)に基づいて複数のボルトの各々の緩みの有無を判定する第1判定部とを備える。【選択図】図6
