To provide an ultrasonic flaw detection device capable of performing a correct flaw detection even on a tongue rail having an inclination portion.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic flaw detection device 10 performs a flaw detection of a tongue rail 2 having a top area part 2f and a first inclined surface 2g moving proximally toward a basic rail 1 continuous to the top area part 2f. The ultrasonic flaw detection device includes: a transmission probe T1 for irradiation with an ultrasonic wave from an irradiation part T1a formed approximately in a surface shape; a reception probe T2 for receiving the ultrasonic wave from a reception part T2a similarly formed approximately in the surface shape; and an attachment part 15 provided on either the transmission probe T1 or the reception probe T2, and having a first contact part 15a formed in the shape corresponding to the irradiation part T1a or the reception part T2a and a second contact part 15b formed in the shape corresponding to the side surface 2h of the top area part 2f and the first inclined surface 2g.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
