To provide a foamed resin laminate which has a phenol resin foamed layer and a metal layer, and has good handleability and workability.SOLUTION: A foamed resin laminate has a phenol resin foam layer 1, a flexible surface material 2 provided on at least one surface of the phenol resin foam layer 1, and a metal layer 3 provided on the flexible surface material 2, where a skid resistance of the surface 3a of the metal layer 3 which is measured by a slipperiness test according to JIS A 1454 is 0.5 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
