At least one of the building units 10 is separately positioned. Of the building body 20, building units 10A, 10B are separately positioned across a separation part 23. The balcony 30 has a first balcony unit 31 fixed against the frame of the first building unit 10A and a second balcony unit 32 fixed against the frame of the second building unit 10B, and is built by being connected by an intermediate member 33 with respect to each of the balcony units 31, 32, between the respective balcony units 31, 32 and in a position outside of the separation part 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
