To provide a joint structure of a retrofit brace allowing a horizontal brace to be installed in an easy way after construction.SOLUTION: A structure A to retrofit a horizontal brace 6 on an existing member 3 formed using an iron frame with a flange, which is arranged opposite to an outer side surface of the flange 3a of the existing member 3, is provided with: a securing plate 10 in a plate shape configured to connect the horizontal brace 6; a supporting plate 11 arranged in a way to clamp the flange 3a of the existing member 3 together with the securing plate 10; an interposed plate interposed between the securing plate 10 and the supporting plate 11; and a bolt and a nut to joint the securing plate 10 and the supporting plate 11 with bolts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
