To restrain an accident of human being to be vacuumed into an inlet of a water storage facility.SOLUTION: A water storage facility comprises a water storage tank, first drain piping 77 connected to a first drain aperture disposed in an inner wall surface 63 of the water storage tank, second drain piping 78 with one end connected to a second drain aperture disposed in the inner wall surface 63 and the other end connected to the first drain piping 77, common drain piping 79 connected to the first drain piping 77 and the second drain piping 78, a circulation pump 71 connected to the common drain piping 79, a first solenoid valve 82 disposed in the first drain piping 77, a second solenoid valve 83 disposed in the second drain piping 78 and a controller 76a for controlling the first solenoid valve 82 and the second solenoid valve 83.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
