THERMOPLASTIC SYNTHETIC RESIN FLOORING AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
To provide a thermoplastic synthetic resin flooring and a method for producing the same by which, by using a specific non-woven fabric or the like, direct printing can be performed on the non-woven fabric or the like, and the print pattern is properly fixed, and next, in the manufacturing process as well, problems such as color flow of printed patterns do not occur, and new legal stability necessary for flooring can be secured.SOLUTION: Thermoplastic synthetic resin flooring in which an intermediate layer composed of non-woven fabric or woven fabric, an upper layer comprising a printed pattern layer formed on the intermediate layer, and formed of a translucent thermoplastic synthetic resin on the upper side of the printed pattern layer, and an underlayer made of thermoplastic synthetic resin below the intermediate layer are laminated, in which the intermediate layer comprises glass fibers and cellulose fibers, the content ratio of cellulose fibers is 10 to 50% by mass with respect to the total mass of fibers constituting the intermediate layer, and the basis weight of the intermediate layer is 15 to 50 g/m.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】特定の不織布等を用いることで、不織布等に直接印刷を施すことができ、当該印刷模様が適切に定着し、次に製造工程においても、印刷模様の色流れ等の不具合を生じず、かつ床材として必要な新法安定性も確保可能な熱可塑性合成樹脂製床材およびその製造方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】不織布又は織布で構成された中間層と、前記中間層上に形成された印刷模様層を有し、前記印刷模様層の上側に透光性の熱可塑性合成樹脂で構成された上地層と、前記中間層の下側に熱可塑性合成樹脂で構成された下地層と、が積層した熱可塑性合成樹脂製床材であって、前記中間層がガラス繊維及びセルロース繊維を含み、前記中間層を構成する繊維全体の質量に対するセルロース繊維の含有比率が10〜50質量%であり、前記中間層の坪量が15〜50g/m2であること、を特徴とする。【選択図】図1
