METAL FORMWORK DEVICE FOR CONCRETE FOUNDATION
To provide a metal formwork device for concrete foundation that solves a problem in which damaged holders are likely to obstruct a horizontal arrangement of metal face plate formwork, and a problem such as a lack of reliability of long-term use due to the whole of a holder being depending only on a grip using a plate material.SOLUTION: In the metal formwork device for concrete foundation, quadrilateral face plates 2 of metal face plate formwork P face each other while placed with a certain space of a concrete installation width between them. The metal formwork device comprises inside/outside corner connection frames 9 and holders H. Each of the inside/outside corner connection frames 9 has outer U-shaped edges each corresponds to a U-shaped edge frame of each of the left and right of a metal quadrilateral frame body 1. The holder H is integrally formed of a bent metal plate having a U-shape, including a one-piece portion to which a round bar 11 is pivotally attached, and which is bent to integrally form the holder H. Furthermore, when required pieces of the metal face plate formwork P are arranged horizontally, the round bar of the holder H is inserted into connection small holes 10 provided at a predetermined height position of the left and right U-shaped edge frames of each of the metal quadrilateral frame bodies 1 that are contiguous, and the holder H is rotated to grip the left and right U-shaped edge frames using the U-shaped part of the metal plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】破損したホルダーが邪魔になって金属製面板型枠の水平方向への配列に支障を来す虞れがあること、更にはホルダー全体を板材による挟持にのみ頼る長期使用の信頼性欠如等の課題を解決する金属製コンクリート基礎型枠装置を提供する。【解決手段】金属製面板型枠Pの四辺形面板2が互いにコンクリート打設巾の一定空間で対面させ、金属製四辺形枠体1の左右各々のコ字型縁枠に対峙する外側コ字型縁部を有する内外側コーナ連結枠9と、丸棒軸11を一片に枢着し、この一片と一体的に折曲して形成され、コ字型部を有す金属板にて一体的に折曲形成されたホルダーHとで成し、而も、金属製面板型枠Pを水平方向に所用枚数配列した際、隣接する金属製四辺形枠体1相互の左右コ字型縁枠の所定高さ位置に設けられた連結小孔10に、ホルダーHの丸棒軸を挿入して回動すると共に、金属板のコ字型部にて左右コ字型縁枠を挟持する金属製コンクリート基礎型枠装置。【選択図】図2
