To provide a submarine cable anchorage which allows for reliably fixing a submarine cable to a base on the seabed without being affected by swinging movement of the submarine cable caused by the sea waves, and which reduces restrictions on installation (drilling) sites on the seabed.SOLUTION: A submarine cable anchorage 10 comprises: a hook portion 19 formed into a substantially arc-like shape and configured to be coupled to a tip end of a connection part 12 at a base end thereof and to hold an optical fiber cable (submarine cable) c with an inner periphery thereof; and a spike portion 21 provided at a tip end of the hook portion 19 and configured to dig into a base G on the seabed when a driven pile 11 is fixed to the base G on the seabed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
