DIELECTRIC MATERIAL CAPABLE OF BEING CO-FIRED AT LOW TEMPERATURE
To provide a dielectric material capable of being co-fired at low temperature, capable of being used in combination with a high dielectric material for forming a composite stricture, and for an isolator and a circulator for radio frequency component.SOLUTION: An outside material capable of being fired at low temperature having garnet or a scheelite structure, and a high dielectric inside material arranged in the outside material and having dielectric constant of over 30 are contained and the outside material capable of being fired at low temperature and the high dielectric inside material are constituted to be co-fired together at a temperature of 650 to 900°C without using an adhesive nor paste.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
