VENTILATION RIDGE STRUCTURE AND SPACER FOR USE IN VENTILATION RIDGE STRUCTURE
To provide a ventilation ridge structure and the like which can be easily constructed while securing waterproofness of a corner ridge part.SOLUTION: A ventilation ridge structure 1 installed in a corner ridge part 52 of a roof 51 of a house 50 comprises: a pair of spacers 30b installed between a corner ridge 21 and a roof substrate 22 installed by separating its end part from the corner ridge 21 and having substantially the same height as the thickness of a roof substrate 22b; a water drain 41 installed between the roof substrate 22b and a roof material 23 installed above the roof substrate 22b above the spacer 30b; and a ventilation ridge 11 installed so as to cover the upper part of the roof material 23b and a water drain 41b. A spacer 30 forms a ventilation passage P from between the corner ridge 21 and the end part of the roof substrate 22 to the water drain 41b (opening 26). With such a configuration, the spacer 30b is used to adjust positions of the water drain 41b and the roof material 23b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 隅棟部分の防水性を確保しつつ、施工しやすい換気棟構造体等を提供する。【解決手段】家屋５０の屋根５１の隅棟部分５２に設置される換気棟構造体１は、隅棟２１と隅棟２１からその端部を離間して設置される屋根下地２２との間に設置され、屋根下地２２ｂの厚みと略同一の高さを有する一対のスペーサー３０ｂと、スペーサー３０ｂの上方において、屋根下地２２ｂと屋根下地２２ｂの上方に設置される屋根材２３との間に設置される捨水切４１と、屋根材２３ｂ及び捨水切４１ｂの上方を覆うように設置される換気棟１１とを備え、スペーサー３０は、隅棟２１と屋根下地２２の端部との間から、捨水切４１ｂ（開口２６）に至るまでの通気路Ｐを形成する。このように構成すると、スペーサー３０ｂによって、捨水切４１ｂ及び屋根材２３ｂの位置調整が行われる構造となる。【選択図】 図３
