To provide a light collecting plate for shutters that can easily remove the light collecting plate for a shutter from an opening of a shutter slat and a daylighting shutter using the same.SOLUTION: A shutter light collecting plate 10, which is detachably mounted to an opening 22 formed in a shutter slat 20, includes: a main body portion 12 formed such that an outer peripheral edge that is of a specified width protrudes from an inner peripheral edge of the opening 22 along the shape of the inner peripheral edge of the opening 22; and a first locking portion 14 and a second locking portion 16 that are disposed along an outer peripheral edge of the main body portion 12 and locked to the opening 22. A locking state of the second locking portion 16 to the opening 22 is featured to be looser than a locking state of the first locking portion 14 to the opening 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
