To provide a luminous sheet formed of a thermoplastic resin mixed with a phosphorescent pigment capable of developing bright luminescence with a small addition amount of expensive phosphorescent pigment, in which the luminous pigment layer does not peel off or the luminous performance does not easily decrease due to rubbing.SOLUTION: A tape-like sheet has multiple rows of many protrusions existing in parallel to the tape-width direction, which includes a tape-like substrate and a ridge-like protrusion continuous in the longitudinal direction of the tape on the surface of the same substrate or a row of a large number of protrusions existing in a row at regular intervals in the tape searching direction. The luminous sheet is formed of a thermoplastic resin in which the row consisting including the substrate, projection bodies and projections each containing a phosphorescent pigment of 3 to 20% by mass.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高価な蓄光顔料の添加量が少ないにもかかわらず、鮮やかな発光が発現し、しかも蓄光顔料層が剥離したり、擦れにより容易に蓄光性能が低下したりすることのない、蓄光顔料を練り込んだ熱可塑性樹脂からなる蓄光シートを提供する。【解決手段】テープ状基板および同基板表面にはテープ長さ方向に連続している畝状突状体またはテープ探さ方向に一定間隔をおいて列をなして存在している多数の突起からなる列がテープ幅方向に平行に複数本存在しているテープ状シートであって、該基板、突状体および突起からなる列はそれぞれ蓄光顔料を３〜２０質量％含有する熱可塑性樹脂からなる蓄光シート。【選択図】図１
