To provide a cavity filler which has high flexural strength of a resin itself after cured, and also has excellent flexural strength of an entire structure when poured into a high-volume and closed cavity and cured.SOLUTION: A cavity filler contains: a reactive composition including at least a bisphenol based epoxy resin; a curative for the reactive composition; and inorganic particles. The inorganic particles have a content of 36-46 vol.% based on the total volume, two or more peaks in a particle diameter distribution curve, and an average particle diameter of 40 μm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】硬化後の樹脂自体の曲げ強度が高く、大容量且つ閉じた空洞へ注入して硬化させた場合の構造体全体の曲げ強度にも優れる空洞用充填剤を提供する。【解決手段】少なくともビスフェノール系エポキシ樹脂を含む反応性組成物、該反応性組成物の硬化剤及び無機粒子を含有し、無機粒子は、含有量が総体積の36〜46体積%であり、粒径分布曲線に2以上のピークを有し且つ平均粒径が40μm以下である、空洞用充填剤。【選択図】なし
