PLASTER COATING MATERIAL COMPOSITION
To provide a plaster coating material composition that contains 50 wt% or more of plaster (slaked lime) having moisture absorbing/releasing property and adsorption property as an architectural coating material for forming a surface finish layer of an interior wall surface, a ceiling plane or the like of various kinds of architectural structures, and therefore remarkably reduces the possibility of room air pollution or the like due to the generation of harmful gases of formaldehyde, a volatile organic compound (VOC) and the like and can further enhance indoor comfortability by virtue of the moisture absorption effect of plaster, to provide a plaster coating material and to provide a construction method of building interiors using the plaster coating material.SOLUTION: The plaster coating material composition contains, in terms of solid content, 50 wt% or more of slaked lime, contains 20 to 44 wt% of aggregate, 1 to 20 wt% of wheat fiber and 3 to 12 wt% of an ethylene-vinyl acetate-based or acrylic-based polymer, the average particle size of which is 0.15 μm to less than 0.5 μm, and does not contain an extender pigment having an average particle size of less than 0.15 μm nor a pigment having an average particle size of less than 0.15 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】各種建築物の内壁面や天井面などの表面仕上げ層を形成するための建築用塗料として、吸放湿性、吸着性を有する漆喰(消石灰)を50重量%以上含有することで、ホルムアルデヒド、揮発性有機化合物(VOC)などの有害ガスなどの発生による室内空気汚染などのおそれが顕著に低減され、また、漆喰による吸湿効果により室内の快適性をさらに向上さることができる漆喰塗料組成物及び漆喰塗料並びにそれを用いた建築物内装の施工方法を提供すること。【解決手段】固形分換算で、消石灰を50重量%以上含有し、骨材20〜44重量%、小麦ファイバーを1〜20重量%およびエチレン−酢酸ビニル系またはアクリル系のポリマーを3〜12重量%を含有し、前記ポリマーの平均粒子径が0.15μm以上0.5μm未満であり、かつ平均粒子径0.15μm未満の体質顔料及び平均粒子径0.15μm未満の顔料を含有しないことを特徴とする漆喰塗料組成物。【選択図】なし
