PROCESSING METHOD OF INSERTION PORT OF GUTTER
To provide a method to produce an insertion port of a gutter which is formed together at the end of the gutter.SOLUTION: A gutter has its main body 2, in which cylindrical cross sections with a mounting rail attached on the outside are continuing in the length direction, and an insertion port 6 formed at the end of the gutter main body 2, whose cross section is smaller than that of the gutter main body 2. The insertion port 6 of the gutter main body 2 is inserted into the end of a neighboring gutter main body for connecting gutters. In order to form the insertion port, following processes are taken. Firstly, remove two protruding parts 11 of mounting rail at the end of the gutter main body 2. Secondly, form a contraction part 7 at the end of the gutter main body 2 without the protruding parts 11, which gradually contracts the size of cross section toward the end. Thirdly, form the insertion port 6 at the same time when the contraction part is formed. Thus the insertion port 6 is formed together at the end of the gutter main body 2. Also, the protruding parts 11 and 11 on the mounting rail 3 are left-and-right-pair, and the left-and-right-pair protruding parts 11 and 11 are removed by nipping and clipping one end by left-and-right blades 31 and 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】端部に差し口を一体に設けることができる雨樋の差し口加工方法を提供する。【解決手段】外面に取付レール3を有する筒状断面が長さ方向に連続する雨樋本体2と、この雨樋本体2の端部に設けられ該雨樋本体2より断面が小さい差し口6とを有し、雨樋本体2の差し口6を隣り合う雨樋本体2の端部に挿入接続する雨樋の差し口の加工方法において、雨樋本体2の端部の取付レールの突片11を除去した後、突片11を除去した雨樋本体2の端部に、端部側に向かって縮小する縮小部7を形成すると共に差し口6を形成するから、雨樋本体2の端部に差し口6を一体に形成することができる。また、取付レール3は左右一対の突片11,11を有し、左右の突片11,11の一方の基端を左右の刃体31,31により挟み、左右の刃体31,31を狭めることにより切断する。【選択図】図1
