SHAFT EXCAVATING APPARATUS AND SHAFT EXCAVATING METHOD
To provide a shaft excavating apparatus capable of easily excavating a hard ground when it reaches a hard ground during construction of a caisson frame.SOLUTION: A shaft excavating apparatus for excavating the ground at a bottom including the lower edge of a caisson frame, comprises a base member 6 and trencher type excavating heads 7A and 7B disposed in the base member 6. The movable excavating head 7B is movable so that downward excavating to excavate downwardly is possible with both of the excavating heads 7A and 7B in a vertical posture position. It is possible to perform a bottom excavation where a lower part is wider than an upper part of an area to be excavated by swinging and displacing the movable excavating head 7B to a deployment position P2 while both excavating heads 7A and 7B are in the ground with the vertical posture position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】ケーソン躯体の施工途中で硬質地盤に到達した場合に、その硬質地盤を容易に掘削可能とした立て坑掘削装置を提供する。【解決手段】ケーソン躯体の刃先下を含む底部の地盤を掘削する装置である。ベース部材6と、ベース部材6に配置されたトレンチャー式の掘削ヘッド7A,7Bとを備える。可動式の掘削ヘッド7Bが可動式のものとなっていて、双方の掘削ヘッド7A,7Bが共に垂直姿勢位置にある状態で、下向きに掘進する下向き掘削が可能となっている。双方の掘削ヘッド7A,7Bが垂直姿勢位置のまま地中に貫入されている状態で、可動式の掘削ヘッド7Bを展開位置P2まで揺動変位させることで、掘削すべき領域の上部よりも下部の方が拡幅される拡底掘削が可能となっている。【選択図】図6
