To provide a submerged pump which is attached to a drain water storage tank for temporarily storing slurry discharged from a disposer and performs stirring of the slurry stored in the tank by itself.SOLUTION: A submerged pump includes: a casing 13 including a suction port 15 to which drain water is suctioned and a discharge port 16 from which the drain water is discharged; and an impeller 17 which is disposed in the casing 13 and feeds the drain water from the suction port 15 toward the discharge port 16. The casing 13 is formed with a jet port 18 which jets a part of the drain water flowing from the suction port 15 toward the discharge port 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
