To provide a hydraulic circuit which can perform action (especially lowering action) of a supporting member such as a boom with good energy efficiency.SOLUTION: A hydraulic circuit 10 is equipped with a selector valve 40 which communicates with a head side chamber 84 and switches an oil path 11 according to the pressure of a hydraulic fluid from the head side chamber 84; and a communication path 23 which communicates the head side chamber 84 and a rod side chamber 83.
