LOAD MEASUREMENT SYSTEM OF WORK MACHINE
To detect throwing-in of a work object onto a transport machine without error and to output a loading amount onto a transport machine accurately.SOLUTION: A controller 40 of a dump truck 2 is provided with a loading determination portion 52 which determines whether loading of a work object by a hydraulic shovel 1 is performed based on detection values of a suspension pressure sensor 39. A controller 21 of the hydraulic shovel is provided with: a transport determination portion 51 which determines whether loading by the hydraulic shovel is performed based on detection values of an arm bottom pressure sensor 32 and a bucket angle sensor 26; a load calculation portion 50 which calculates load of the work object based on detection values of a boom bottom pressure sensor 29 and a boom rod pressure sensor 30 and a determination result of the transport determination portion; an integration propriety determination portion 55 which determines whether the load of the work object calculated by the load calculation portion is integrated based on a determination result of the transport determination portion and a determination result of the loading determination portion; and a load integration portion 56 which integrates the load of the work object when the integration propriety determination portion determines to integrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】運搬機械への作業対象物の投入を誤りなく検出し,運搬機械への積込量を正確に出力すること。【解決手段】サスペンション圧センサ39の検出値に基づいて油圧ショベル1による作業対象物の積込が行われたか否かを判定する積込判定部52をダンプトラック2のコントローラ40に備える。アームボトム圧センサ32とバケット角センサ26の検出値に基づいて油圧ショベルによる積込が行われたか否かを判定する運搬判定部51と,ブームボトム圧センサ29とブームロッド圧センサ30の検出値と運搬判定部の判定結果に基づいて作業対象物の荷重を演算する荷重演算部50と,運搬判定部の判定結果及び積込判定部の判定結果に基づいて荷重演算部が演算した作業対象物の荷重を積算するか否かを判定する積算可否判定部55と,積算可否判定部が積算すると判定したときに作業対象物の荷重を積算する荷重積算部56とを油圧ショベルのコントローラ21に備える。【選択図】 図5
