OPENING FRAME AND STRUCTURE AROUND OPENING
To provide an opening frame and a structure around an opening that prevent water from reaching a fixture for fixing the opening frame to an edge member of the opening of an exterior material even if water passes through a primary waterproof area.SOLUTION: An opening frame 10 comprises right and left vertical frames 10c, 10d, a top horizontal frame 10a and a bottom horizontal frame 10b, and is installed along an edge member of an opening 3 of an exterior material 1 of a building. The top horizontal frame 10a includes rising step parts 11, 12, 13, 14 which rise in a depth direction from an outdoor side to an indoor side, and a mounting position TP and a water cut-off position SP in the rising step parts are set such that the mounting position TP in the rising step part where the opening frame 10 is mounted on the edge member, and the water cut-off position SP in the rising step part between the frame and the exterior material 1, are separated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】仮に水分が一次防水を通過してきたとしても、外装材の開口の縁部材に開口枠を固定する固定具に到達し難い開口枠及び開口廻り構造を提供すること。【解決手段】左右の縦枠１０ｃ、１０ｄと上横枠１０ａと下横枠１０ｂとを有し、建物の外装材１の開口３の縁部材に沿って配設される開口枠１０であって、上横枠１０ａは、室外側から室内側に向かって見込み方向に上る上り段差部１１，１２，１３，１４を備え、開口枠１０が縁部材に取付けられる、上り段差部における取付け位置ＴＰと、上り段差部における外装材１との間の止水位置ＳＰと、が離れるように、上り段差部における取付け位置ＴＰ及び止水位置ＳＰが設定されている。【選択図】図２
