To provide the sanitary equipment capable of detecting human body with intention to use the sanitary equipment with higher accuracy.SOLUTION: The sanitary equipment of the present invention comprises: a radio wave sensor that acquires information on a detection target by a reflection wave of a radiated radio wave, and a control unit that controls an operation of equipment based on a detection signal including a first signal and a second signal output from the radio wave sensor, wherein the control unit has a phase angle calculation unit that calculates a phase angle based on the first signal and the second signal that have different phases and a determination unit that determines presence or absence of the detection target, and the determination unit determines the presence or absence of a detection target based on at least one or more signal amplitude values of the first signal and the second signal in a period in which a change of a predetermined angle occurs in the phase angle calculated by the phase angle calculation unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
