SOCKET-SHAPED FIREPROOF TWO-LAYERED PIPE INCORPORATING FIREPROOF THERMAL EXPANSION MATERIAL
To provide an inexpensive fireproof two-layered pipe having superior sound insulating property capable of completing a piping work by just connecting the fireproof two-layered pipe incorporating a fireproof thermal expansion material to an incombustible drain pipe joint.SOLUTION: A fireproof two-layered pipe comprises: a vertical drainage pipe made of a synthetic resin having a socket-shaped connection end arranged on its upper part so as to receive a connection end of a lower part of an incombustible drain pipe joint, the socket-shaped connection end having a rubber ring to seal a gap therebetween; a fireproof thermal expansion material disposed on an outer periphery of a constricted part of the socket-shaped connection end so as to close the connection end by expanding by heat of a fire; a short cylindrical fiber-mixed mortar layer covering the peripheral surface of the socket-shaped connection end and the fireproof thermal expansion material; and a straight pipe made of a fiber-contained mortar covering the vertical drainage pipe. The lower end face of the fiber-mixed mortar layer is placed on the upper face of the straight pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
