WET TYPE THERMAL INSULATION MORTAR MATERIAL AND THERMAL INSULATION MORTAR STRUCTURE
To provide a wet type thermal insulation mortar material that can reduce various loads under construction and impart high thermal insulation performance, incombustibility, and corrosion resistance to different types of houses or the like, by using silica-based aerogel with significantly low thermal conductivity and extremely light weight, and provide a thermal insulation mortar structure.SOLUTION: A wet type thermal insulation mortar material comprises silica-based aerogel as a main constituent based on a capacity ratio. In the wet type thermal insulation mortar material, a density of kneaded matter made of cement and water is 0.5 to 0.3 g/cmand an absolute dry density is 0.4 to 0.1 g/cm, and the silica-based aerogel of 35 to 50 Wt% and the cement of 45 to 60 Wt% based on weight fraction are included.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】熱伝導率が著しく低く極めて軽量なシリカ系エアロジェルを用い、施工時の様々な負荷を軽減でき、各種の住宅等に高い断熱性能や不燃性、腐食対抗性を付与することができる湿式断熱モルタル材料、及び断熱モルタル構造を提供する。【解決手段】湿式断熱モルタル材料は、容量割合でシリカ系エアロジェルを主とし、セメント、及び水からなる混練物の密度が0.5〜0.3g/cm3、絶乾燥密度が0.4〜0.1g/cm3であり、重量分率で、シリカ系エアロジェル35〜50Wt%、セメント45〜60Wt%を含有する。【選択図】図1
