To provide a connection girder which can bear weight load of a deck material and reduce workload of processing and installation by downsizing and improve its design, and a balcony provided therewith.SOLUTION: A connection girder 40 is provided with a girder body 42 having a hollow part 41, and a reinforcing material 43 positioned in the hollow part 41. The girder body 42 comprises ledger strips 28 at both side edge parts along its longitudinal direction. 【課題】デッキ材の荷重に耐えられると共に小型化できて加工や施工の作業負担を軽減することができ、かつ意匠性を向上することができる連結桁およびこれを備えたバルコニーを提供すること。【解決手段】連結桁４０は、中空部４１を有する桁本体４２と、中空部４１に配置された補強材４３とを備えている。桁本体４２は、その長手方向に沿った両側縁部に根太掛け２８を有している。補強材４３は、桁本体４２の長手方向に延びている。【選択図】図３
