To provide a construction method for a balcony and the balcony, which can configure various types of balconies, and realize reduction of material cost and simplification of management.SOLUTION: A balcony 10E is constituted by a floor frame part 11 and a plurality of deck members 12. In the floor frame part 11, all of prepared cover materials 20, a first corbel member 30 and a second corbel member 40 are incorporated as selectable materials. For the floor frame part 11, a front girder 13, gable beams 14 and beam materials 19 are assembled in a jamb, wherein the first corbel member 30 is attached to a side surface of the beam material 19, and the second corbel member 40 is attached to an outer wall surface 2B along a depth direction of a building skeleton and the first corbel member 30. 【課題】各種のバルコニーを構成することができ、部材コストの削減および管理の簡略化を図ることができるバルコニーの施工方法およびバルコニーを提供すること。【解決手段】バルコニー１０Ｅは、床組部１１と、複数のデッキ材１２とによって構成される。床組部１１には、用意したカバー材２０、第一持出し材３０および第二持出し材４０のうちのすべてが選択部材として組み込まれている。床組部１１では、前桁１３、妻梁１４および梁材１９を三方枠組みしており、梁材１９の側面には、第一持出し材３０が取り付けられており、第二持出し材４０は、建物躯体の奥行方向に沿った外壁面２Ｂおよび第一持出し材３０に取り付けられている。第二持出し材４０には、カバー材２０がデッキ材１２までにわたって配置されている。【選択図】図９
