CEILING MATERIAL AND ITS CEILING STRUCTURE
To provide a ceiling material not only making the joint of the connection portion of the ceiling material inconspicuous but also preventing accidental cutting of the edge of the downlight installation.SOLUTION: The ceiling material is formed of a plate-like and rectangular substrate 1. In the four sides 5 of the substrate 1, the corner from the surface 2 side to the end face 6 is cut off in a step shape with an L-shaped cross section over the entire length to form a step-like cutout 8 at the corner. A pseudo joint 10 is formed along the stepped cut portion 8 in the vicinity of the stepped cut portion 8. The end faces 6 of the four sides 5 of the substrate 1 are formed to be flat.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】天井材の接続部分の目地(継ぎ目)を目立たなくするだけでなく、ダウンライト装着施工の時に、誤って野縁を切断してしまうようなことのない天井材を提供する。【解決手段】天井材は、板状で四角形の基板1で構成される。基板1の4つの辺5において、その表面2側からその端面6に至る角部が全長に亘って断面L形で段状に切落されて当該角部に段状切除部8が形成されている。段状切除部8の近傍にて擬似目地10が前記段状切除部8に沿って形成されている。前記基板1の4つの辺5の端面6が平坦面に形成されている。【選択図】図3
