AUTOMATIC CONTROL DEVICE OF VIBRATOR, AUTOMATIC COMPACTION SYSTEM OF CONCRETE AND AUTOMATIC COMPACTION METHOD OF CONCRETE
To provide an automatic control device of a vibrator, an automatic compaction system of concrete having the same and an automatic compaction method of concrete with excellent functionality and economical efficiency and capable of implementing automated (unmanned) as much as possible and of realizing a concrete structure in high quality.SOLUTION: The automatic control device of a vibrator comprises: guide frames 3 and 3 which are long in a vertical direction; a movable body 4 arranged capable of lifting along the guide frames and having a holding part 14 capable of being opened and closed; a solid body 5 fixed upward of the movable body 4 in the guide frame and having a holding part 15 capable of being opened and closed; lifting means for lifting the movable body 4 along the guide frames; and a vibrator with a rod part 2 and a vibration part 1. It is configured that the rod part 2 of the vibrator is moved in a vertical direction and the vibration part 1 can be stopped at a predetermined height by performing a lifting operation for getting close or getting apart the movable body 4 relative to the solid body 5 by interlocking an opening and closing operation of the holding parts 14 and 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
