To provide a water level measuring device with which it is possible to measure a water level with high accuracy ranging from a low water level position where the water level is low to a high water level position where the water level at which a sensor is submerged is high.SOLUTION: A water level measuring device 20 comprises: a first water level sensor 30, provided on the reverse side 10a of a manhole cover 10, for transmitting a supply signal in a prescribed irradiation range D and detecting a water level when the water surface is in a first water level range A; and a second water level sensor 40 of float type that detects a water level when the water surface is in a second water level range C, with a float 42 arranged so that when the water surface is in the first water level range A, it is located in the prescribed irradiation range D of the supply signal transmitted by the first water level sensor 30. The water level measuring device 20 includes a water level calculation unit 50 which, when the water surface is in the first water level range A, calculates the water level of water surface excluding a detection component reflected at the surface of the float 42 from the reflection signal received by the first water level sensor 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
