METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FLUORIDE CERAMICS SINTERED BODY
To provide a method for manufacturing a fluoride ceramics sintered body capable of obtaining a high density fluoride ceramics sintered body while being able to use a relatively mild manufacturing condition.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a fluoride ceramics sintered body of this invention comprises a preparation step of preparing a molded body (A) containing fluoride ceramics, and a sintering step of sintering the molded body (A) in a state where the contact between the molded body (A) and the moisture is blocked, and under normal pressure, and can obtain a high density fluoride ceramics sintered body while being able to use a relatively mild manufacturing condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
