POLYVINYL CHLORIDE COATING METAL PLATE FOR ARCHITECTURAL STRUCTURE EXTERIOR CLADDING MATERIAL
To provide a polyvinyl chloride coating metal plate which is excellent in a reflection performance and a thermal shield property of an infrared ray or a visible light ray when used as a material of an exterior cladding of an architectural structure (for example a roof, a roof floor, a balcony, etc.) and capable of restraining a thermal expansion of the exterior cladding even when irradiated with a solar light for a long time.SOLUTION: A polyvinyl chloride coating metal plate for a material of an exterior cladding of an architectural structure has a metal plate 10 and a thermal shield layer 20 covered at least one side of the metal plate, in which the thermal shield layer contains a polyvinyl chloride resin and a pigment, the pigment contains at least a rutile type titanium oxide, and it consists of a carbon black concentration and the rutile type titanium oxide combined so that a reflectance is at least 50%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建築物の外装(例えば、屋根、屋上、バルコニー等)の材料として使用した場合に、赤外線や可視光線等の反射性能・遮熱性に優れ、長期間太陽光を照射されても外装材の熱膨張を抑制することが可能なポリ塩化ビニル被覆金属板を提供する。【解決手段】金属板10と、前記金属板の少なくとも片面に被覆された遮熱層20とを有し、遮熱層はポリ塩化ビニル樹脂と顔料とを含有しており、顔料が少なくともルチル型酸化チタンを含み、反射率が50%以上になるように、カーボンブラック濃度とルチル型酸化チタン濃度を組合せてなるものであることを特徴とする建築外装材用ポリ塩化ビニル被覆金属板。【選択図】図1
