ROAD CONDITION MEASUREMENT SYSTEM, INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS AND MEASUREMENT INSTRUCTION GENERATION PROGRAM
To provide a road condition measurement system capable of exchanging information with a plurality of moving objects without a line being compressed.SOLUTION: A road condition measurement system is comprised of: a plurality of repeaters 20 installed at different places and capable of communicating with a moving object 10 present in a predetermined area defined from each installation place in a wireless manner; a transmission unit 31 that receives measurement information regarding a road surface of a road measured in the moving body 10 via the repeaters 20; a map generation unit 302 that generates a map in which a road surface condition, a measurement location, and a measurement time are associated using the received measurement information; an instruction generation unit 303 that generates a measurement instruction for causing the moving object 10 to measure a specific place based on the generated map; and a transmission unit 31 that transmits a measurement instruction only to the repeater 20 which includes the specific place in a predetermined area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
