To provide a cup type wire brush that can peel off to remove old coated film waste which is softened and clay shaped by the incineration waste of old film after induction heat treatment and application of a release agent almost without generating friction sound with a metallic surface.SOLUTION: A bristle bundles 5 composed of wire bristles are arranged between an upper calking plate 6 and a lower calking plate 7 in which an installation part 10 with a rotary spindle of a tool attached is installed in the center. The bristle bundles 5 radially project the bristle tips downward between the lower end edge of the upper calking plate 6 and the lower end edge of the lower calking plate 7. Between the desired bristle bundles 5, 5, a diamond file 8 is arranged. The diamond file 8 and the bristle bundles 5 are set almost equally in the inner/outer directional width and the lower end position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】誘導加熱処理後の旧塗膜の焼却屑や剥離剤の塗布により軟化し粘土状になった旧塗膜屑を金属表面との摩擦音を殆ど発生することなく剥離除去可能なカップ型ワイヤーブラシを提供する。【解決手段】中央に工具の回転スピンドルを装着する装着部１０を設けた上側カシメプレート６と下側カシメプレート７との間にワイヤー毛よりなる毛束５を配設している。毛束５は上側カシメプレート６の下端縁と下側カシメプレート７の下端縁との間から放射状に毛先を下方に向けて突出している。所望の毛束５と所望の毛束５の間には、ダイヤモンドヤスリ８を配設している。ダイヤモンドヤスリ８と毛束５は、内外方向幅と下端位置は略同じに設定されている。【選択図】図３
