SLUDGE SCRAPING DEVICE
To provide a sludge scraping device capable of preventing a flight plate or an endless chain and a structural body from colliding with each other.SOLUTION: A sludge scraping device includes endless chains 11 travelling on a circulating track which contains a water surface track T4 allowing a plurality of flight plates 12 to be attached thereto at an interval and being elongated on the water surface side, a scraping track T1 along a basin bottom part and a passage track T2 binding one end of the water surface track T4 and the scraping track T1 and passing through the neighborhood of a trough and a rail member which is elongated over the scraping track T1 side from the water surface track T4 side along the passage track T2 between the passage track T2 and the trough, is brought into contact with the flight plate 12 and applies a prescribed tension to the endless chains 11. Therein, the rail member is configured so that an end part of the water surface track T4 side is located on the lower side with respect to an upper end of the flight plate 12 attached to a part which travels on the water surface track T4, of the endless chains 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】フライト板または無端チェーンと構造体とが衝突することを防止できる汚泥かき寄せ装置を提供する。【解決手段】フライト板12が間隔をあけて複数取付けられ、水面側で延在する水面軌道T4、池底部に沿ったかき寄せ軌道T1、および水面軌道T4の一端とかき寄せ軌道T1を結びトラフの近傍を通過する通過軌道T2を含む周回軌道を走行する無端チェーン11と、通過軌道T2とトラフとの間で通過軌道T2に沿って水面軌道T4側からかき寄せ軌道T1側にわたって延在し、フライト板12に接触して無端チェーン11に所定の張力を付与するレール部材とを備え、レール部材は、水面軌道T4側の端部が、無端チェーン11のうち、水面軌道T4を走行する部分に取り付けられているフライト板12の上端よりも下方に位置するものである。【選択図】図1
