HONEYCOMB CORE AND HONEYCOMB PANEL
To provide a honeycomb core and a honeycomb panel which are excellent in heat insulation property and sound proof property, are also excellent in cushioning property and water resistance, improve a strength, and are also excellent in workability, production efficiency and cost.SOLUTION: A honeycomb core 11 is embedded in plastic foam 12 such as polyurethane foam and styrene foam. The honeycomb core 11 is formed of a plane aggregate of a large number of hollow columnar cells 14 that are block-formed by a cell wall 13, and each of the cells 14 are filled with the plastic foam 12. The honeycomb panel 15 uses the honeycomb core 11 as a core material, each of the cells 14 are filled with the plastic foam 12, and opening end faces of each of the cells 14 are thickly coated with the plastic foam 12. A filling part 16 and a coating part 17 that are made of the plastic foam are formed integrally with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】第１に、断熱性や防音性等に優れ、緩衝性や耐水性にも優れ、第２に、強度面が向上し、第３に、作業性，製造効率，コスト面にも優れた、ハニカムコアおよびハニカムパネルを提案する。【解決手段】このハニカムコア１１は、発泡ポリウレタンや発泡スチロール等の発泡プラスチック１２中に、ハニカムコア１１が埋め込まれている。ハニカムコア１１は、セル壁１３にて区画形成された中空柱状の多数のセル１４の平面的集合体よりなるが、各セル１４に、発泡プラスチック１２がそれぞれ充填されている。又、ハニカムパネル１５は、このようなハニカムコア１１を芯材とし、その各セル１４に発泡プラスチック１２がそれぞれ充填されると共に、各セル１４の開口端面が、発泡プラスチック１２にて厚く被覆されている。発泡プラスチック製の充填部１６と被覆部１７とは、一体形成されている。【選択図】図１
