SOIL MIXING METHOD
To solve a problem that a large-sized place and control of thickness are required in a stock pile type mixing where temporary placing with a specified thickness is performed, in a situation where mixing by using a special soil mixer needs big cost when obtaining proper particle size distribution and moisture content by mixing a plurality of kinds of soil.SOLUTION: In a method of supplying soil from a hopper to one end of a main conveyor and making the soil fall down to a mixing portion from the other end of the main conveyor, a plurality of combinations of the hopper and the main conveyor (supply lines) are used and a plurality of kinds of soil with different physical property are mixed by supplying soil with different physical property to the same mixing portion. The hopper can carry out a constant amount of soil.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 複数の土壌を混合することによって、適切な粒度分布や含水比にする場合、特別な土壌混合機を利用して混合することは大きな費用がかかる。そこで、一定厚みで仮置きするストックパイル方式の混合が行われている。しかし、この混合方法では、大きな場所が必要であり厚みの制御も必要であった。【解決手段】 ホッパーからメインコンベアの一端に土壌を供給し、該メインコンベアの他端から混合部に土壌を落下させる方法であって、このホッパーと該メインコンベアの組み合わせ（供給ライン）を複数用い、同じ混合部に異なった物性の土壌を供給することによって、複数の物性の土壌を混合する方法において、該ホッパーは定量搬出できるもの。【選択図】 図２
