LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE FLOOR SLAB HAVING SALT CONTENT PERMEATION RESISTANCE
To provide a lightweight concrete floor slab having greatly improved durability; being a lightweight concrete floor slab having better salt content permeation resistance compared to a conventional lightweight concrete floor slab; and being provided to solve the problem of antifreezing agents being sprayed in cold regions with snowfall when performing construction work to replace or newly install PC floor slabs by having a high resistance to the salt content included in antifreezing agents.SOLUTION: The present invention is a lightweight concrete floor slab manufactured by blending lightweight aggregate in a low water content state. The lightweight aggregate in the low water content state is a lightweight aggregate having a water content of 2.0% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、凍結防止剤が散布される積雪寒冷地で行われるPC床版への取り替えや新設工事に際し、凍結防止剤に含まれる塩分に対する抵抗性が高い、すなわち従来の軽量コンクリート床版に比較して高い塩分浸透抵抗性を有する軽量コンクリート床版であり、そのためより耐久性が向上した軽量コンクリート床版を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明は、低含水状態の軽量骨材を配合して製造した軽量コンクリート床版であって、前記低含水状態の軽量骨材とは含水率が2.0%以下の軽量骨材であることを特徴とする。【選択図】 図1
