CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF BUILDING
To provide a connection structure of building that can efficiently create a varied indoor space by using a design system of industrialized houses on sites with height differences and complex site boundaries.SOLUTION: The connection structure of the building according to the present invention has at least two independent buildings 11 to 15 whose circumferences are surrounded by the outer wall structure adjacent to each other so that parts of the outer wall structures overlap each other, in which the overlapping points of the outer wall structure are provided with communication openings that allow for traffic, sight, daylighting or ventilation between adjacent buildings. The individual buildings 11 to 15 can be designed individually for the indoor space, and the overlapping portion of the outer wall structure can be used in various manners by shifting the position and size of the communication opening or utilizing its wall thickness.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】高低差のある敷地や敷地境界線が複雑に入り組む敷地に、工業化住宅の設計システムを用いて、変化に富む屋内空間を効率的に創出し得る建物の結合構造を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の建物の結合構造は、四周が外壁構造体によって包囲された、少なくとも2棟の独立した建物11〜15を、互いの外壁構造体の一部同士を重ね合わせるように隣接配置し、外壁構造体の重ね合わせ箇所には、隣接する建物間の往来、見通し、採光または通風を可能にする連通開口部を設けるものである。個々の建物11〜15は、その屋内空間を個別に設計することができ、外壁構造体の重ね合わせ箇所は、連通開口部の位置や大きさをずらせたり、その壁厚を活かしたりすることで、様々な態様で利用することができる。【選択図】図6
